GRE
GRE (Graduate Record Examination) is the test taken by individuals to pursue higher education in foreign countries like USA etc. This test measures the verbal, quantitative reasoning, critical thinking and analytical writing skills of the candidate. Two types of tests are there
1. GRE General test - It has three sections
a. Verbal Reasoning- which tests the ability to analyze, recognize relationships among sentences and also words and concepts.
b. Quantitative Reasoning - tests the basic concepts of arithmetic, algebra, arithmetic, geometry and data analysis.
c. Analytical Writing - tests the ability to articulate ideas clearly with sufficient reasoning and relevant supporting reasons that convinces the test takers point of view
2. GRE Subject test - tests the subject knowledge of the candidate and assess their undergrad marks and grades. Based on these they are given admissions.
